in Adopt a School.
To take part in the programme you will need to do the
following:
- Link with your local school/Partnership Development
Manager
- Fill in your application form
- Plan your programme with the aid of your free
activity pack
- Attend a workshop (where possible)
- Roll out your programme

Once you have linked with a school/s and feel ready
to apply to take part please download and complete
the application form below and return it to the FIA
by email to
lindsay@fia.org.uk by
fax to 020 7202 4701 or by post to Adopt A School,
FIA, 4th Floor, 61 Southwark Street, SE1 0HL.

Once
the application form is received, we will then send
you an activity pack containing a DVD of lesson plans
and music CD’s to accompany your programme.
